  Doctors in this surgery don't care about patients plus when I went to see the doctor about my illness and I wanted him to refer me to hospital so I can take the letter but the doctor said if you are not feeling well you should go to hospital without a letter .These days you can't walk in and ask for department without a referral letter. Plus in the surgery there are trainee doctors and nurses who haven't got a clue what there are doing. Mickey mouse surgery.
